LO to explore and marketing methods in NTTD
the delayed release ,ment that it was a issue for all of the film team behind it as the technologies used to do the film was very expensive and as it took some time to film it. the film was ment to be released April 2020 but ended up being released in September 2021. it was delayed due to covid and people could not mix so they wouldn't have couple in the studio. and also if the film was released, people couldn't go to cinemas to watch it.

3d) target 2
-describe the example of marketing
-example from NTTD
-link this to the platform it was used on.
the film industry markets and distributes a film through a good and stable soundtrack. This appeals to the audience because it was published on different platforms. An example of this is No Times To Die, through the use of Billie Eilish who released the sound track for the film.~As an already well known artist this is targeted at the slightly younger audience.Or even her fans will be attracted to the film as she is the singer in it.
4c)
users visit the archers website because there is a lot of information you can collect off the website.for example on the website you are greeted by the newest uploaded episodes. this is appealing to the audience because if they were looking for the newest episode, thats what they are greeted with.

audience appeal
L/O: to apply uses & gratifications to NTTD
social interaction- tell friends (like or dislike) - online- fan groups.
No time to die would allow people to have social interaction due to fan groups, telling friends and family if they like or dislike it.
marketing methods
-film posters =information/personal identity
-film trailers =information
-website =information/personal identity
-merchandise =personal identity/ social interaction
-billboards (bus stops/ buses) =information
-sponsership =entertainment/information
The theory of uses and gratification identified entertainment as appeal to the audience because the trailer if full of thrilling action and fast unique cars, fights and thrilling scenes. We can see this in NTTD trailer through watching it on youtube and interacting with other people who have watched it.And can comment on the video to mix with other fans.
It also identifies social interactions as it allows viewers to to talk about and discuss their favourite and least favourite parts of the film and to discuss it with different fans. The audience is also able to interact with other NTTD fans.

having the same sets and actors is appealing because it seems more real and also is better when fans understand the characters and who they are.with the same offices and specific rooms it lets the fans recognise the places. and for example with James bonds luxury bedroom, fans could tell that its his room because he is the main character.
Phoebe waller bridge- only the second female to work on a bond script.

3a) EON
explain=need an example
3b)company that owns other companies. e.g warner brothers who own production on distribution companies.
3c)multiple devises all combined as one. for example watching a film on a phone, tablet or tv.
3d)trailers, teasers, merch, radio, billboards
Technology is used in films to appeal to the audience because with these trailers and collaborations they can promote two companies in one ad.we can see this in NTTD through the 2 minute advert with Heineken, this is appealing to the audience because a normal and standard advert is normally 40 seconds - 1 minute long. This shows that the technology helps to appeal to the audience and promote the film because this advert helped both Heineken and NTTD promote their product and it worked very successfully.
4a) age and gender
4b)NTTD targets the audience by providing the movie with lots of action and follows the genre of all the James Bond movies. They also provide the audience/ fans with a website which has all of their information, merch, characters and pictures on
4c)fans/ the audience would want to visit the NTTD website for a variety of reasons. for example, they could purchase merch to show their personal identity and so people know that they like NTTD. another way they would like to go to the NTTD website is for the info that is on the website.
